About: A juried exhibition open to artists working in all mediums. The theme for this exhibit is the color red. The only criteria is to have red as the predominate force inyour work.The color red symbolizes energy, passion, excitement, love, strength, power, heat,
fire or danger. What will your work of art convey using the color red?
Opening Reception: Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 4-8 pm.
Awards Ceremony: Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 6 pm.
Exhibition Dates: The exhibition and sale will be open and free to the public from
Saturday, February 11, 2012 through Wednesday, March 8, 2012.
Gallery Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 10-6, Saturday, 11-3.
Eligibility: The exhibition is open to artists 18 years or older. All work must be original
work. Students must not present work for consideration if assisted in any way in
arrangement or execution. Artists accepted for the exhibition will be asked for an
artist bio for display purposes.
Awards:
Best of Show: $500 2nd Place: $200 People’s Choice Award: $100
2 -Juror’s Awards: $25 each

Entries: An entry fee of $25 for the first entry, $12 for each additional entry. Up to 4
pieces can be entered in to the show. Payment can be made by check or through
PayPal (available at www.poprevolutiongallery.com). Digital files submitted by email
will be reviewed when payment is received.
Schedule:
• Deadline for delivery of artwork for judging: Saturday, January 28, 2012.
• Notice of Acceptance: by Thursday, February 2, 2012.
• Drop off of Accepted Artwork: by Wednesday, February 8, 2012.
• Pick up of Artwork not accepted: by Tuesday, February 7, 2012.
• Pick up of Accepted Artwork after the show: Should be picked up by Tuesday,
March 14, 2012. Work shipped in will be shipped out March 14-18.
